Maintenance and cleaning
Switch off the device and remove all plugs before cleaning.
Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents or materials such as scouring milk and
steel wool to clean the components. They can damage the upper surface of the device!
Protect the device against water drops and water spray. Use only a clean, dry cloth for clean-
ing it and never use any corrosive liquids.
Use a slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to remove stubborn dirt.
Make sure moisture does not enter the product while cleaning in order to prevent damage to
the product and related repairs.
Clean the measuring probe in warm soapy water and remove meat residue with a scrubbing
sponge.
This product is not dishwasher-safe.
Storage
Allow the device to cool down completely before storing it.
When no longer using the device, store it in a dry environment, protected from dust and
direct sunlight.
If the device is not going to be used for a long period of time, you should recharge it on a
regular basis. This helps to maintain battery performance.
Store your appliance in the original case provided.
