Hold function:
Lock the real temperature and unlock it to continue reading.
Switch between ºC and ºF:
1- Long-press the button and connect the USB cable.
2- Release the button once the display shows "C-F".
3- Short-press the button to select the preferred unit.
4- Once selected, wait 5 seconds.
