6. Pay attention to the preferred position between the inlet
connection and the 90° angle inside the water container.
The inlet connection and angle inside the water container
must be positioned at an angle of 180° to one another. If
necessary, vary the number of flat gaskets.
6.3.2
Replacing the profile gaskets
1. Loosen both tensioning straps.
2. Remove the lid. Pay attention to the soda lime's handling
instructions.
3. Remove the lime container and carefully place it on the
floor.
4. Remove the old profile gasket from the upper edge of the
lime container and the water container.
5. Insert the new profile gasket into the upper edge of the lime
container and the water container. Cut the gasket to size so
that the two ends create a contact seal. We recommend
only cutting the gasket to size during insertion.
6.3.3
Replacing the return valve's valve disc
1. Prepare the DAP 5000 (see chapter 6.2.1).
2. Remove the old valve disc from the valve seat by pulling.

6.3.4
Replacing the fill level indicator
1. Prepare the DAP 5000 (see chapter 6.2.1).
2. Loosen the nuts inside the water container and remove the
old fill level indicator.
3. Fit the new fill level indicator and tighten the nuts inside the
container with a tightening torque of 6 Nm.
6.3.5
Assembling the feet
1. Prepare the DAP 5000 (see chapter 6.2.1).
2. Clean the adhesive surfaces on the base of the water
container of contamination.
3. Firmly push the adhesive side of the foot onto the base of
the water container.
7
Transport and storage
Completely drain and dry the water container so that no
bacteria can grow (see chapter 6.2.1). Completely drain and
clean the lime container (see chapter 6.2.2). Close the inlet

Observe the temperature range (see chapter 9). Protect the
product against direct sunlight.
Store the product in the supplied original packaging during
extended periods of storage or transport.
