• Children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge should only use the appliance if they have
been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and maintenance work must not be carried out by
children without supervision.
• Children must not play with the device. Keep the unit and power cord away from children
under 8 years of age. Never leave the device unattended during operation.
• For safety reasons, do not use accessories that are not recommended / sold by the
manufacturer.
• Device is intended for household use, not for commercial use. Do not operate the device
outdoors. It is best to operate the device with a residual current circuit breaker (max. 30 mA).
• Repairs to the device may only be carried out by a specialist. Improper repairs can result in
considerable danger to the user.
• If the device is misused, operated incorrectly or repaired improperly, no liability can be
accepted for any damage that occurs. In this case, the warranty will be voided.
• Do not insert fingers or objects into the openings of the device. Do not cover device openings.
• Do not store any corrosive / solvent-containing substances in the device.
• Packaging materials (e.g. foil bags) must not be left in the hands of children.
• Switch off unused / unattended devices and pull out the power plug. Do not wrap the power
cord around the device. Ambient temperature must not fall below freezing point.
• Disconnect the power plug in case of malfunctions during use, before cleaning, relocation or
after use.
• Check the device / mains cable / extension cable for damage. Never operate damaged devices
(incl. power cord) - have them repaired / replaced by the manufacturer, its service center or
qualified specialists. Never open the unit yourself - risk of injury!
• Do not operate / connect the unit to a timer or remote switch.
• Do not block unit openings / fans / air flow. Keep a minimum distance of 10 cm to walls at the
rear.
• Operate the device only at a professionally installed socket with the correct voltage. Mains
connection: The voltage must correspond to the specifications on the type plate of the device.

• Fire hazard / flammable substances. Do not damage the refrigerant circuit
R600a
• Allow 1 to 2 hours activation time. Plug must remain accessible at all times.
• This device contains flammable foaming agent (cyclopentane). Do not operate near fire.
• Danger! The refrigerant R600a in the refrigeration circuit is harmful to health and highly
flammable. If the liquid leaks, remove all ignition sources and avoid contact!
Disposal
• Recycle the device, accessories and packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. This
symbol on the device or on the packaging indicates that the device must not be treated as
unsorted municipal waste but must be disposed of separately. Dispose of the device at a
collection point for the recycling and disposal of electrical and electronic equipment within
the EU and in other European countries that have systems for the separate collection of
electrical and electronic equipment. By disposing of the equipment correctly, you will help
to avoid potential hazards to the environment and health that may be caused by improper
treatment of waste equipment. Recycling of materials helps to preserve natural resources.
Immediately dispose of equipment with a dangerous defect and ensure that it can no
longer be used. This device is subject to the European Directive 2012/19/EU. Observe the
currently applicable regulations. In case of doubt, contact your disposal facility. If you
replace the device with a new one, the seller is legally obliged to accept the old one for
disposal at least free of charge. The following applies to the German market: When
purchasing a new device, you have the right to return the corresponding old device to your
dealer. Dealers of electrical and electronic equipment with a sales area of at least 400
square meters, as well as food retailers with a sales area of at least 800 square meters, who
regularly sell electrical and electronic equipment, are also obligated to take back old equip-
ment free of charge, even without purchasing a new device, if the old equipment is not
larger than 25 cm in any dimension. Ask your local dealer about the take-back options.
