• Heating
To guarantee the oil output, the press cage should be heated for about
10minutes. When the press cage temperature reaches
50 -70 ° C, material can be put into an inlet for pressing. The lamp remains
heating during pressing as well。
• Material :
Raw oil to dry ' such as peanuts ' does not need to be stir-fried..
• Operation:
Make sure no impurities in the material before pressing。
At the beginning of pressing, the oil flowing the terminal adjustment bolt is
normal。Lose the terminal adjustment bolt if the discharged cake is too dry
and the crank turning resistance is too big。
Tighten the terminal adjustment bolt if the discharged cake contains too
much oil residual.
• Tip:
Squeeze small particles of oil *such as sesame *the user first* please take
peanut crude extract * after being typical slag out oil ' add oil to small
particles ' so it will be smoother.
• Grease:
Pre -pressed oil precipitation needs 5 to7 hours ' and is consumed soon.
• Cleaning:
Clean the oil press immediately after operation。Otherwise,residual in the
machine will get hard and affect the next operation. Therefore, thoroughly
clean the machine before first oil pressing, although a food-grade
rustproofing agent is used.

Material friction and lamp heating cause very hot press cage, press cage
