Note!
■ Do not use alcohol, solvents or chemical products to clean the machine.
■ Clean the detergent dispense every 3 months to ensure the normal operation of the
appliance.
6.4.4 Cleaning the drain pump filter
Warning!
■ Be careful of the hot water!
■ Allow the detergent solution to cool down.
■ Unplug the machine before washing to avoid an electrical shock.
■ The drain pump filter removes yarn and small foreign matter from the water.
■ Clean the filter periodically every 3 months to ensure the normal operation of the
appliance.

■ Make sure that the filter and the emergency drain hose are replaced properly,
otherwise water may leak.
■ If your washing machine does not have an emergency drain hose, rotate the lower
cover cap directly to make water run into the basin.
■ Depending on the programme, there may be hot water in the pump when the
appliance has just been used. Never remove the pump cover during a wash cycle.
Always wait until the appliance has finished the cycle, is empty and has cooled
down. When replacing the cover, ensure it is securely tightened.
6.5 Troubleshooting
The appliance does not start working or stops during operation.
Try to find a solution to the problem. If this is not possible, contact customer service.
