Valve body
12 Install ball (20), gasket (16), stop
washer (19) (flat side first), and additional
gasket (16) into larger threaded hole of
valve body (21).
13 Screw valve body onto cylinder.
14 Tighten valve body securely into cylinder
and at the same time cylinder into
body (11).
15 Apply threadlocker to nipple (22) and
screw into valve body. Do not tighten at
this time.
16 Screw bushing (23) onto nipple with
threadlocker.
17 Tighten bushing onto nipple securely and
at the same time nipple into valve body.
18 Screw low-level cut-off valve (24) onto
bushing with threadlocker.
19 Tighten low-level cut-off valve securely.
Connect air motor to pump
tube
20 Pull piston rod (5) from body (11) until it
seats.
21 Screw tube of air motor onto body of
pump. Do not tighten at this time.
22 Screw air motor's rod onto piston rod (5).
Make sure cotter pin holes align.
23 Install cotter pin (4) that secures air
motor's rod to piston rod.
24 Make sure air motor's packing and
washer are seated properly.
25 Screw air motor's adapter onto air
motor's tube with threadlocker.
26 Tighten adapter securely onto tube and
at the same time tube onto body.
27 Tighten air motor securely into body.
