3. BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Before first use, rinse the parts that will be in contact with food in hot, soapy water.
2. Place the appliance on a clean, horizontal and stable work surface.
3. Make sure the appliance is disconnected and the speed selector knob (6) is in the "0" position.
4. OPERATION
1. First to put the food into the bowl and press the lift button to rise the top cover. In order to use
this product safely and effectively, please install the lid, align it with the three notches, and then
rotate it clockwise. It is better to face the lid outward to facilitate adding water or material.
2. Place the mixing bowl into the base and rotate the bowl to lock it tightly.

WARNING!
1. Switch off, unplug the appliance, and wait till the motor stops before fitting or removing an
accessory, before dismantling, and before cleaning.
2. NEVER put your hands into the mixing bowl (4) when the appliance is in operation.
3. NEVER stick knife, metal spoons, fork and etc. into the mixing bowl (4) when the appliance is
in operation.
NOTE: Always start by selecting the lowest speed, then increase the speed gradually.
