Troubleshooting by yourself
Possible cause / solution
The mains plug is not plugged in. ► Plug in the mains plug.
The socket is defective. ► Use another appliance to check whether the socket is
working.
The water tank is installed incorrectly. ► Install the water tank correctly.
The water tank is empty. ► Refill the water tank.
Water feed is interrupted. ► Shake the appliance slightly until the water hose in
the water tank is below the water surface.
The water tank is overfilled. ► Add no more than 400 ml of water.
The water tank is not closed correctly. ► Close the tab correctly.
The water tank is empty. ► Refill the water tank.
