TROUBLESHOOTING
Malfunctions may occur in all grills. These malfunctions are usually easily fixable. If you
cannot find a solution for your problem in the table below, please contact the retailer or
distributor.
No Gas flow
The burner can not ignite
with Integrated push-turn
piezo
The burner can not ignite
with match or lighter
Not heating up properly.
The flame is uneven,
completely yellow or
smoking.
The flame flares up often
or the temperature is too
high.
The flame does not stay
on.
Flames are visible outside
the burners.
The pressure regulator is
buzzing or humming.
Regulator valve is off
The regulator is not connected to
the gas cylinder properly
The regulator and hose are faulty
The igniter cables are loose or
incorrectly installed. (For side
burner)
Faulty valve assembly.
The burner's holes are blocked.
The burners are not properly
attached to the valves.
The air supply into the burners is
blocked.
Too little gas.
Regulator is obstructed.
The burners do not get sufficient
air.
There is food, salt or marinade
stuck on the burner surface.
Too much grease and marinade
on the food.
The flame tamer or grease tray
are too dirty.
The wind is too strong.
Low gas.
Obstruction in the burners.
Strong wind.
Hot outdoor temperature.
Full gas cylinder.
Turn the regulator valve on
Remove the regulator and
connect again
Replace the regulator and the
hose
Check the connections and re-
install the cables.
Adjust the ignitor to the burner
