3.3 Control panel
3.3.1 'Ice Full' indicator
If the 'Ice Full' indicator light is on, it means that the ice basket
is full. The product will stop working until the ice basket is
emptied. Once the ice basket is emptied, the product will start
producing ice again.
3.3.2 'Add Water' indicator
If the 'Add Water' indicator light is on, it means that the water in
the water tank has run out. The product will stop working until
the water tank is filled and 'Ice/Clean' is pressed again. Please
note that the compressor takes ±3 minutes to restart.
4. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The 'Add

Cause
There is a shortage of
water.
There is too much ice
in the ice basket.
No ice can be
produced.
The ambient
temperature or water
temperature in the
product is too high.
Refrigerant is leaking.
The lid motor is
defective.
A line of the
refrigeration system is
blocked.
Solution
Stop ice production, fill the water tank
with water and press 'Ice/Clean' to
restart ice production.
Empty the ice basket.
Remove the obstacle on the inside or
clean the ice basket.
Make sure the product is in an area
where the temperature is max. 40°C and
pour cold water into the water reservoir.
Press 'Ice/Clean' twice and restart the
ice-making program. If this problem
occurs again, have it checked by a
qualified technician.
