6. Main Menu and Functions
These functions cannot replace medical instruments. This
product is not a medical device. It must not be used for any
diagnosis or other medical applications.
Steps: You will be able to view your steps,
distance and calories burned during the day.
From the first screen, scroll up to view all the
data and the graph of the last 24 hours.
Sleep: Control of the quality and duration of
sleep. From the first screen, scroll up to view
all the data and the graph of the week.
Heart rate: Heart rate measurement with
graph of the last 24h. From the first screen,
scroll up to view all the data.
Sport: To select the desired training mode,
press the play button in the center. A screen
will open with the list of all available slacks:
walking, running, cycling, jumping rope,
badminton, basketball, soccer and
swimming.
