6. Use

alone in the sauna.

A long stay in a heat cabin leads to a rise in
body temperature, which can be dangerous.

entering the heat cabin with a physician
before use.
►Stay in the heat cabin as long as you feel
comfortable. Stop using the heat cabin
immediately if you feel unwell.
►Do not exceed the ideal duration of 25-30
minutes.
►Seek advice from a maternity care center
on how to use the heat cabin with young
children.
►Do not enter the heat cabin if you are un-
der the influence of narcotics such as al-
cohol, medications, drugs, etc.
►Never sleep in a sauna.
6.1 Switching the sauna light on and off
►Press the toggle switches near the sauna lamp to
switch the LED lighting of the sauna cabin on or off.

►Marine climate and humid climate can
