Handling of Knot Filler and Knot Filler Gun

BCD 180 Knot Filler Gun is used for application of Knot Filler.

Make sure that the gun is adequately preheated before pushing the handle.

Keep an eye on the gun and check regularly that no filler is dripping from the nozzle.

The Knot Filler gun must not be pointed upwards or placed on its side when warm.

Do not touch the nozzle or the hot Knot Filler (burn hazard)!

The Knot Filler Gun must cool down completely before being placed in storage. Store dry.

Switch off the Knot Filler Gun when not in use and during longer breaks.

Do not use the gun if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs or strong medicine.
Use only original Knot Filler in the gun. Other materials may cause injury to the user and/or

destroy the gun.
Never leave the gun unattended when it is warm or switched on. Do not allow children to

operate the gun. Keep out of reach of children.
Wear protective clothing and gloves to cover the skin. Use appropriate eye protection when
