MOUNTING THE MACHINE
You run the risk of injury, if you
handle the machine incorrectly
when lifting or turning it.
Always hold the machine firmly
The machine must be screwed to a workbench.
Mark the position of the mounting holes (11) on
the workbench.
Drill holes at each of the marked positions,
adjusting the diameter and depth of the holes to the
screws used.
Place the machine on the workbench and insert
the screws into the mounting holes.
Firmly tighten the screws.
SETTING UP THE MACHINE
Before making any changes in
the settings of this machine,
always remove the plug from the

positions: in the cut-off saw position and in the table
saw position .
After use, the machine should always be left in the
table saw position.
Setting up for use in the cut-off saw position:
Loosen the screw (4) a few turns.
Raise the upper table top (18) while holding the
head at the handgrip (2) in the lowest position.
Tighten the screw (4).
Pull out the lock knob (8).
Carefully raise the head.
Remove the lower guard (16).
Setting up for use in the table saw position:
Place the lower guard (16) on the lower table top
(12).
Push in the release knob (3) and lower the head.
The saw blade is fully covered by the lower guard.
Push in the lock knob (8).
Loosen the screw (4) a few turns.
Carefully lower the upper table top (18). Tighten
the screw.
ADJUSTING THE SAWING ANGLE
The default angle between the saw blade and the
saw table is 90° .
Use a set square to check the angle between the
saw blade and the table (12). If the angle does not
measure 90° adjust as follows:
Loosen the lock knob (6) and move the head so
the saw blade reaches a 90° angle.
Loosen the locknut on the adjusting screw (20)
and screw the adjusting screw in or out to achieve a
90° angle. Retighten the locknut.
Tighten the lock knob.

ADJUSTING THE BEVEL ANGLE
The max. bevel angle is 45° .
Loosen the lock knob (6) and turn the head to the
utter bevel angle.
Check the bevel angle using the scale (7). If the
angle does not measure 45° adjust as follows:
Loosen the locknut on the adjusting screw (21)
and screw the adjusting screw in or out to achieve a
45° angle. Retighten the locknut.
ADJUSTING THE RIVING KNIFE
Raise the head.
Loosen the screws (22) a few turns.
Adjust the riving knife (23).
Tighten the screws.
Ensure that the riving knife is always correctly
adjusted:
The distance between the riving knife and the teeth
of the saw blade is less than 5 mm.

Replacing the saw blade
Raise the head.
Loosen the screw (24) and remove it.
Open the blade guard (14).
Use the spanner (27) to loosen the fixing screw
(28) and remove it.
Remove the outer flange (25), the old saw blade
(29), and the inner flange (30).
Clean the flanges.
Place the inner flange, the new saw blade, and
the outer flange. While placing the saw blade, make
sure that the teeth point to the direction rotation as
shown.
Replace the lock screw and tighten it firmly.
Adjust the riving knife.
Close the blade guard.
Replace the screw (24) and tighten it.
SETTING THE MITRE ANGLE
Loosen the lock knobs (9).
Set the required mitre angle using the scale (10).
Tighten the lock knobs.
SETTING THE BEVEL ANGLE
Loosen the lock knob (6).
Set the required bevel angle. The setting can be
read from the scale (7).
Tighten the lock knob.
ADJUSTING THE COMBINED PARALLEL GUIDE
AND MITRE FENCE
The guide fence is used for parallel guiding or
sawing mitre cuts with the machine set up in the
table saw position. The guide fence can be mounted
both to the left and to the right of the saw blade.
Slide the guide fence (17) with the holder (31) in
the guide rail (32).
Loosen the set screw (33) and set the protractor
(34) at 0° .
Tighten the adjusting screw.
Move the guide fence until it is in front of the saw
blade.
Tighten the lock knob (35).
Loosen the lock knob (36). Set the guide fence so
that the guide profile (37) is just out of reach from
the saw blade.
Tighten the lock knobs.
