Troubleshooting
Low or no flow-through
Sand is getting to the pool.
The pump sucks air in
(bubbles are forming in the
system)
Water leaks from the
appliance
Water in the pool cannot be
cleaned.
The filtering equipment has not
been vented.
Valve lever in the CLOSED
position
Sand is too dirty.
Clogged prefilter
Clogged skimmer
Damaged filtering equipment
Handling the valve lever when
filtering is underway
Low granularity of the filtering
sand
High sand level in the vessel
Insufficiently tightened
connections
Leaks in the prefilter
connections
Damaged sealing
Leaking connections
Damaged sealing
Insufficient chemical treatment
for the water
Insufficient filtering time
Vent the filtering equipment.
Switch to the FILTERING position.
RINSE or change the sand.
Demount and rinse the prefilter.
Demount and rinse the skimmer basket.
Please contact servicing.
Turn the filtering off prior to handling the
lever.
The recommended granularity is 0.6–1.2 mm.
Reduce the sand level in the vessel
Carefully tighten the swivel nuts.
Re-seal the connections.
Check the connection sealing "upstream" of
the pump.
Tighten/re-seal the connections.
Check the sealing.
Check the pH and chlorine content in the
water.
Extend the filtering time.
