Warranty Clause
- If there is "performance failure" during the warranty period, the factory or sales company will
provide free warranty for this product.
Non free warranty terms
- For man-made damage, the factory or sales unit will not givefree
maintenance.
- Without warranty card and valid invoice or beyond the warrantyperiod, no
free warranty will be given.
- Quality defects caused by force majeure natural disasters suchas fire, flood,
lightning, etc.
- Unauthorized removal.
Do not cut branches that exceed the working range of the scissors, and do not cut the
branches at the tip of the knife, as shown in Figure (1). The blade breaking position is less
than 20mm without free warranty.
Do not cut non-vegetable materials such as metal, stone, etc. The blade breaks due to
abnormal operation, and the warranty is not free.
