Setting multiple programmes
∙ The unit may be set for a maximum of 2 programmes running consecutively, e.g. defrosting, followed by the microwave or
grill function.
∙ Any defrosting, microwave and grill programmes as well as the combination of the programmes may be selected.
∙ A beep signal is heard at the end of each programme segment, when the next one starts. 5 beeps indicate that the entire
programme has finished.
∙ Example:
To defrost food for 5 minutes, followed by microwave cooking at 80 % for 7 minutes.

Timer
∙ The microwave can be pre-programmed in such a way that it starts operating at a pre-determined time.
∙ This function can be combined with any programme (except defrosting and quick-start).
∙ However, always check first that the time on the unit has been correctly set prior to using the timer delay function.

Note: Should you experience a problem switching the appliance on, first verify that the safety device is not activated.
∙ Before cleaning the appliance, ensure it is disconnected from the power supply and has cooled down completely.
∙ Do not clean the unit with water. Make sure that no water - however small an amount - is allowed to enter the ventilation
slots on the inside or outside of the unit. Do not use any steam cleaning appliances.
∙ The interior surfaces must be cleaned thoroughly after each cycle of use. Any food residue must be removed. The inside
of the door, the door frame, the roller ring/drive unit and the guiding track area underneath the glass turntable must be
kept clean at all times.
∙ The entire unit may be wiped with a slightly damp lint-free cloth and a mild household detergent. Wipe thoroughly dry
afterwards.
∙ Do not use abrasives or harsh cleaning solutions. Commercially available sprays specifically developed for cleaning
conventional baking ovens are not to be used.
∙ The grill rack, turntable and roller ring/drive unit may be cleaned in hot soapy water.
