Maintenance
Inspect and clean all components and replace
if necessary.
Function parts must not be greased.
Close isolating valve (A), see Fig. [9].
I. Battery
Batteries which are almost discharged are
indicated by a flashing indicator lamp.
1. Remove screw (E) and cap (F), see Fig. [10].
2. Remove battery (K), check, clean and replace
contacts if necessary.
Assemble in reverse order.
II. Solenoid valve and piston
1. Proceed as for Battery maintenance,
points 1 and 2.
2. Detach plug-in connector (L), see Fig. [10].
Fault Cause
Water not flowing • Water supply interrupted
• Filter upstream of solenoid
valve blocked
• Solenoid valve defective
• Plug-in connector of solenoid
valve without contact
• Battery discharged
Indicator lamp • Battery almost discharged
flashes
Undesired • Detection zone of sensor system
flushing set too high
Water flowing • Solenoid valve defective
continuously
• Piston blocked
Continuous • Isolating valve not fully open
running / low • Nozzle blocked
water flow • Piston seal damaged
No flushing or • Leather seal dry or damaged
flushing too short
• Flow volume too low
Flushing too long • Leather seal not yet saturated
• Flow volume too high
3. Remove screws (G) and detach fitting.
4. Remove solenoid valve and (M) und filter (N),
see Fig. [11].
5. Remove seal (D).
6. Take out piston (B) with spring (C).
Assemble in reverse order.
When reinserting, expand and moisten leather
seal (O) and clean groove (P), see Fig. [12].

- Open isolating valve (A), see Fig. [9]
- Clean filter (N), see Maintenance
- Replace solenoid valve (M),
see Maintenance
- Attach plug-in connector (L), see Fig. [9]
- Replace battery (K), see Maintenance
- Replace battery (K), see Maintenance
- An opposite object will be detected.
Reduce range using remote control
(special accessories, Prod.no.: 36 206)
- Replace solenoid valve (M),
see Maintenance
- Clean piston (B), see Maintenance
- Open isolating valve (A), see Fig. [9]
- Clean piston (B), see Maintenance
- Replace piston (B), see Maintenance
- Expand or replace leather seal (O),
see Maintenance
- Adjust flow volume, see Setting the flow
volume
- Trigger repeated flushing (approx. 5x)
in order to saturate seal
- Reduce flow volume, see Setting the flow
volume
