working with excessive
consumption or, if
enabled, due to work

Same as pump 1 red

activated when STOP/
AUTO is pressed.
SOLUTION
Check that the pump can suck water
without problems and later check the
sensitivity value entered in point 8.
PUMP PROTECTIONS.
An excessively high sensitivity value
can cause false dry-work detection.
In this case, set the sensitivity
value that gives you a correct
measurement.
Use an external ammeter to verify
that the information provided is
correct and, if so, contact the pump
manufacturer's technical service for
instructions on how to proceed.
Check that the air pressure in the
hydropneumatic tank is correct.
Check pressure switch regulation
and the start/stop values in case of
pressure transducer operation.
In an installation with buoys or level
probes, check the correct scaling of
the float switches/probes in the tank.
If disabled by software, access the 6.
APPLICATION SETTINGS menu and
enable the pump 1.
If it is stopped due to over
consumption, check the nominal
consumption entered.
If stopped for dry running, check for
water in pump suction and adjust
detection sensitivity.
Same as pump 1 red led but for
pump 2.
Check that the tank is not about to
overflow with water.
