TROUBLESHOOTING
1.When there are small scratches on the appearance, do not worry,
because the injection molding does not affect the function, you can
continue to use with confidence.
2.When the charging light is not displayed, please replace the wire
for charging. If it is solved, the wire is damaged, please replace the
wire; If there is still no response to replacing the wire, please contact
the dealer for replacement or repair.
3.If there is no response, make sure that the handle corresponds to
the single cable of the host. If there is no response, press the home
button down for 3-5 seconds, and then press the home button again
after the handle is turned off. If there is still no response, restart the
corresponding host and reconnect. If the connection fails, contact the
dealer for further troubleshooting or handling.
4.When using the receiver for connection, please make sure that the
host is not connected to other handles. If the connection is
disconnected, please check whether there is interference from other
devices around the use environment, and make sure that the use
distance of the connection is within 10 meters of the effective
distance
5.When there is Bluetooth function delay, disconnection, failure, etc.,
please charge in time, if there is still this phenomenon, please
contact the dealer to replace and repair.
