5. Guarantee

CONDITIONS OF THE COMMERCIAL GUARANTEE IN HOUSEHOLD
APPLIANCES
This appliance has a two-year repair warranty, from the date of sale,
against all manufacturing malfunctions, including labor and replacement
parts. To justify the purchase date, it will be mandatory to present
the purchase invoice or receipt. This guarantee will only be effective in
Spain.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

1. Remote controls, drain inlet rubbers, traps and door gaskets or
weatherstripping.
2. Enamels, paints, nickel-plated, chrome, oxidations or other types of
parts that do not affect the internal operation of the device (aesthetic
parts or components).
3. Wear parts from wear, corrosion, oxidation either caused by normal
wear and tear of the apparatus or accelerated by unsuitable
environmental
inappropriate sand and dust. Not suitable for outdoor use.
4. Breakdowns produced as a consequence of abnormal, negligent or
inadequate use of the appliance or by any type of external origin.
5. Civil liabilities of any nature.
6. Consequential damage to the device provided that they were not
caused by an internal malfunction.
7. Maintenance or conservation of the appliance: periodic checks,
adjustments and lubrication.
8. Failures that accessories and accessories, adapters, external cables,
bags, loose spare parts of all kinds, lamps, as well as any
part considered consumable by the manufacturer, may suffer.
9. Breakdowns caused by incorrect or non-legal installation, inadequate
ventilation, inappropriate modifications or use of non-original spare
parts.
10. Breakdowns that accessories and complements may suffer, as
well as any part considered consumable by the manufacturer.
11. Appliances used in industrial applications or for commercial
purposes.
12. Appliances with illegible serial number.
13. Defects or breakdowns caused as a result of repairs, repairs,
modifications, or disassembly of the appliance installation by a
technician not authorized by the manufacturer, or as a result
of manifest breach of the manufacturer's instructions for use
and maintenance.
