Operation:
1) Connect the appliance to the adapter, then plug it in.
2) Press the Power button to turn the appliance on/off. When turned on, the appliance
will automatically cycle through the different modes every one minute. Once it
reaches the eighth mode, it will return to the first mode again.

Press this button to set a timer (15 or 30 minutes). When the timer is up, the
appliance will automatically shut down.

default setting is the second level. Press '+' to increase the intensity. When you reach
the fifth level, pressing '+' will have no effect. Press '-' to reduce the intensity. When you
reach the first level, pressing '-' will have no effect.
