Important Safety Instructions
1. Before using this electrical appliance, please read the instructions below carefully and keep the user manual for
future reference.
2. Before connecting the appliance to a wall outlet, check that the local electrical power matches the one specified on
the appliance's data plate. Always plug the device into a grounded outlet.
3. Do not plug in with wet hands.
4. Do not plug into a socket where several other appliances are already plugged in.
5. Do not use if the plug cord is damaged, or if the power plug does not fit the socket securely.
6. Do not modify the parts or attempt to repair the unit yourself.
7. Do not use the unit near open flames or in wet areas.
8. Do not use where children can easily touch the unit, and do not allow children to use the unit unsupervised.
9. Do not move the unit when the pot or pan is on it.
10. Do not leave the machine unattended when it is on.
11. Do not heat the pot empty or overheat it.
12. Do not place metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons, lids, cans, and aluminum foil on the top plate.
13. Do not use the unit on carpet, tablecloth (vinyl), or any other low-heat-resistant surface.
14. Do not place a sheet of paper between the pot or pan and the unit, as the paper may get burnt.
15. Do not block the air intake or exhaust vent.
16. Do not touch the top plate immediately after removing the pot or pan, as it will still be very hot.
17. Do not place the unit close to objects affected by magnets, such as radios and televisions.
18. Install the device on a horizontal and stable surface.
19. Make sure you have one outlet nearby so that the cable is neither stretched nor in a zone of passage.
20. Use the unit with sufficient space around it. Keep the front side and either the right or left side of the unit clear.
21. If the surface is cracked, switch off immediately and take it to the service center.
22. The power cord must be replaced by qualified technicians.
23. Disconnect the power cable from the mains as soon as you stop using it and before any operation regarding
cleaning, maintenance and installation of accessories.
24. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
