Cleaning and Maintenance
1. Disconnect the plug and wait until the unit has cooled down completely. Clean after each use.
2. If pots/pans are used without being cleaned, discoloration or cooked-on stains may occur.
3. Do not use benzine, thinner, a scrubbing brush, or polishing powder to clean the induction cooker.
4. Wipe it using a mild detergent and a damp cloth.
5. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dirt from the air intake and exhaust vent.
6. Never run water over the unit (water getting inside may cause malfunction).
Error codes
E0: Check whether there is a pan on the burner, or whether the pan is usable for the cooker.
E1: Check whether the voltage is too low, below 100V.
E2: Check whether the voltage is too high, above 280V.
E3: The glass plate heat sensor is overheated or has a short circuit. Disconnect the plug and wait until the unit has
cooled down completely. If this does not help: contact the store or manufacturer, or another qualified technician.
E4: The glass plate heat sensor is open circuit or broken. Contact the store or manufacturer, or another qualified
technician.
E5: The IGBT sensor is overheated or has a short circuit. Disconnect the plug and wait until the unit has cooled down
completely. If this does not help: contact the store or manufacturer, or another qualified technician.
E6: The IGBT sensor is open circuit or broken. Contact the store or manufacturer, or another qualified technician.
