Drain the tub of water
• Once the sensors no longer detect water, the automatic timer begins counting down from 15 minutes. The drying cycle begins when
the timer counts to zero.
Air is blown through the jets
• The drying cycle will run for 2 minutes.
• 24 Hour Programmable Drying Cycle: At the time you wish the purge to activate, press and hold the second button for 5 seconds.
The program will be deactivated in the event of a power failure or pressing and holding the second button for 5 seconds. Note: The
system must be stopped to activate or deactivate.
Failure to follow these care and cleaning instructions will void your warranty.
Wipe the bath using a soft, damp cloth with only a non-abrasive liquid detergent.
• Do not use a dry (powder) cleaner or any cleaner that has abrasives. Do not use a strong acid or a strong alkalai (bleach).
• Using any of the above will cause irreparable damage to the surface and components.
NO TE: Slight scratches can be removed with white automotive polishing paste or extremely fine grain, wet sandpaper (1200-1600 grit).
• Be sure to thoroughly rinse off all cleaners after application.
Clean the Remote
• Wipe away any dirt on the keypad with a dry cloth. A damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent can be used on a particularly
dirty remote.
Bathing Aides
• Bathing products such as sea salts, essential oils, soaps, etc. are suggested for use to enhance the bathing experience. However,
concentrated essential oils should not be applied directly to the skin, tub parts or acrylic. They should be added after the tub is filled.
Be sure to thoroughly rinse the tub after draining.
Cleaning the Pillows
• The pillows should be cleaned at least once a month. Use a mild detergent and damp cloth.

TROUBLESHOOTING
POSSIBLE CAUSE
A power outage, tripped circuit breaker or tripped
GFCI.
The breaker amperage is not sufficient or multiple
electrical devices are connected on one circuit.
The blower is equipped with a thermal shut off
in order to prevent overheating, damage to the
blower, or risk of fire. The thermal shut off sensor
may be detecting overheating due to insufficient air
circulation.
Low air volume is moving through the jets. Blower
may be blocked.
Air nozzles are clogged or dirty.
In order to prevent continuous operation, the
blower automatically shuts off after 20 minutes.
The blower cord may be disconnected or damaged.
The motor or keypad may be damaged.
SOLUTION
Wait until the power is restored. Turn the circuit
breaker back on.
Make sure the bath is the only thing connected to
the breaker circuit and is on a 15 A circuit.
Make sure the blower has sufficient air volume
and is not clogged with debris.
Make sure the blower is clean and has enough air
space to draw from.
Fill the tub with hot water and let it stand for 2
minutes. Turn the jets on and off on the highest
intensity. If this does not fix the problem, contact
your dealer or TOTO for repair.
Restart the blower with the remote.
Inspect the cord. If it is undamaged, reconnect
it. If damaged, contact your dealer or TOTO for
repair.
