Choose a good, cleared assembly area
and get a friend to help you put your grill
together. Lay cardboard down to protect grill
finish and assembly area. Remove all
packaged parts including parts in charcoal
firebox, smoker firebox and metal box.
CAUTION:
Some parts may contain
sharp edges. Wear
protective gloves if
necessary.

Step 1
Each side of wheel axle will have a hole
for the leaf spring bolt head to fit into.Lift
trailer up to allow for axle clearance.
Attach one side of wheel axle using
wheel axle bracket and two large U-bolts
under leaf springs with pre-attached M14
lock nuts and flat washers. Repeat for
other side of wheel axle.
Step 2
Remove pre-attached lug nuts on wheel
axle hub. Insert tire onto wheel axle
hubs. Secure tires using lug nuts. Tighten
lug nuts to 85-90 ft-lbs. Repeat for other
tire. Recheck the 85-90 ft-lbs. torque
once the trailer is fully assembled and
sitting on the ground.
