Warranty
This guarantee does not affect the rights available to the consumer in accordance with Royal Legislative
Decree 1/2007 of November 16, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods and other applicable
regulations.
According to said decree, Termoclub, S.A., guarantees the consumer its products, during a period of 2 years
before any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the material.
Unless proven against, during the first 6 months, it is assumed that the breaches of conformity existed at the
time of the sale, counting from the date of installation (made a maximum before 6 months after its purchase),
or in its default from the date of the purchase invoice. From these first 6 months the nonconformities must be
proven by the consumer.. Any warranty is valid exclusively for products sold and installed in Spain.
The Technical Assistance Service Authorized by Termoclub, S.A is the only one validated to carry out the
interventions during the warranty period. Any other intervention will mean the loss of warranty rights.
As indicated by current legislation, an annual maintenance of the thermal installation must be carried out, this
being essential to preserve the commercial guarantee rights.
In no case are the incidents produced by:
• Installation in breach of current legislation (RITE, refrigerant gases, electricity, CTE,.).
• Sizing and installation / assembly in breach of the instructions and recommendations=written in this
"Instruction Manual" or other defects of installation and / or improper use=(for example, improper installation of
the drain or non-performance of the mandatory=vacuum in the refrigerant gas installation) .
• Product handling by unauthorized personnel.
• Use of non-original spare parts.
• Aggressive characteristics of the environment.
• Deterioration due to condensation or atmospheric agents, as well as erratic currents.
• Corrosions due to improper storage.
• Lack of cleaning by the user and / or maintenance.
• Blows in the transport not carried out by the company.
