5. MECHANICAL INSTALLATION (fig. 2 )
•
Store the equipment in its individual packaging in a clean and dry environment until
use. The device must be installed in environments with pollution degree 2 according to
EN-60730-1.
•
The enclosure of the device has an IP65 degree of protection, depending on the model,
and must therefore be installed in locations protected from rain.
•
Install the device on a wall in a vertical position, leaving at least 200 mm of space at the
top and bottom to facilitate heat dissipation.
•
Use the four 7 mm diameter holes in the corners of the unit for wall mounting.
6. HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION (fig. 2)
It is essential to install a non-return valve on the suction / discharge side of the pump.

For the installation of the pressure sensor, any G1/4" socket located on the pipe at the
outlet of the pumps shall be used. It is essential to install a hydropneumatic tank of at
least 5 litres to avoid problems that could cause possible leaks in the installation. The
device is equipped with an automatic pump stop detection system when there is no de-
mand in the installation. If you are in an installation where the equipment does not stop
the pump when there is no demand, this happens because there is a leak in the installa-
tion (cisterns, taps, non-return valves,...). In these cases it is possible to use the value of
minimum frequency can be used as the stop frequency (see CONFIGURATION).
PROCEDURE: Open a tap in the installation and set the desired minimum flow rate. With this
flow rate, display the frequency at which the pump is turning on the screen of the device.
Adjust the minimum frequency value to the frequency previously displayed on the screen.
7. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION (fig. 3, 4)
The electrical installation must be carried out by qualified personnel in com-
pliance with the safety requirements and regulations in force in each country.
Before carrying out any manipulation inside the appliance, it must be disconnected from
the mains and wait at least 2 minutes after disconnection to avoid possible electric shocks.
