3.
Wash the ear padding with lukewarm water and mild soap and then leave to air dry.
4.
The visor must not come into contact with solvents or cleaning agents which contain
hydrocarbons.
5.
Stickers may also contain solvents and may therefore damage the protective layer of the
helmet.
6.
The visor should be cleaned exclusively from the outside.
7.
Use only water, mild soap and a dust- and fuzz-free microfibre cloth to clean the outside
of the visor.
8.
Wiping can cause the anti-fog layer on the inside of the visor to dissolve. If the inside
needs to be cleaned, the soiling must be carefully dabbed off with a dust- and fuzz-free
microfibre cloth.
Storage
•
Leave your helmet to air dry after every use.
•
Do not store the helmet near sources of heat (e.g. behind panes of glass in a car). High
temperatures from 60°C can seriously damage the helmet. Uneven helmet surfaces and
air bubbles are signs of this kind of damage.
•
Store your helmet in the ski helmet bag supplied (Fig. G).
