Installation
The BKSremote BTC is designed to be mounted on flat surfaces.
Fasten the mounting plate including the sealing mat.
You can use the enclosed screws and plugs for this.
Swivel the BKSremote BTC into position from above and fasten the
device with the special screw provided.
NOTE
The BKSremote BTC should be mounted within a
perimeter of max. 4 m to the radio-controlled lock
or radio-controlled electrically coupled cylinder.
Select a place of installation ensuring a direct line
of sight between the BKSremote BTC and lock or
cylinder. It is important to avoid installation behind
projections on a wall or behind objects such as cup-
boards/shelves, especially if these are made of me-
tal, as this can interfere with the radio transmission!
The radio range strongly depends on the material of
the mounting surface.
