1.6.2.6.Communication with other devices
Newly developed QUICK devices are equipped with an interface. This can be
used to communicate with other QUICK devices.
Example: Heating plate and hot air station. The hot air station switches to
standby mode and passes this signal on to the heating plate, so that the
heating plate also switches to standby mode.
However, there is currently no QUICK station that
can be connected to the hotplate. These options are
reserved for future market requirements.
Function:
The +/- keys can be used to select the Linkage
menu. M1 means the function is not active.
With the keys +/- and
key M2 can be selected and confirmed. If M2 is
active, then a connected station can control some functions of the hotplate.
If M3 is selected, the heating plate can regulate some functions of the
connected station. Here a defined temperature between 50-350°C can be
selected.
1.1. Calibration
NOTE:
1) Only when the displayed temperature is consistent with
the set temperature can the temperature calibration be
performed.
2) Long press + and - key for 2sec. to enter the
temperature calibration interface.
Example:
The PCB needs to be preheated at 100°C, so we set the
temperature to 100°C
Due to the material of the hot plate and environmental
factors, when the temperature is set to 100°C the
temperature above the hot plate is measured to 95°C with a
thermometer. In the temperature measurement calibration interface, enter the
value 95°C, and press
key to exit.
