• This product should be placed far from heat sources such as radiators, water
heaters, direct sunlight, etc.
• Ensure that air can circulate freely around the back of the product.
• For best performance, if the product is placed under an overhanging wall unit, the
distance between the top of the cabinet and the wall unit should be at least 5 cm.
Ideally, however, the product should not be placed under an overhanging wall.
4. TROUBLESHOOTING
ATTENTION!
◊ Before troubleshooting, the power supply must be disconnected. Only a qualified
electrician or authorized person should perform troubleshooting not covered in
this user manual.
◊ Noises can be heard during normal operation (compressor, refrigerant circulation).
Problem
The product is not
working.
The product is cooling
too much.
Cause
The plug is not plugged
in or is loose.
The fuse is blown or
defective.
The outlet is defective.
The thermostat is set to
"O".
The temperature is set
too cold or the product is
operating at setting 5.

Solution
Plug in the power cord.
Check the fuse, replace if
necessary.
This should be fixed by an
electrician.
Set the thermostat to 1
to 5.
Temporarily set the
temperature control to a
warmer setting.
