GAS INLET PIPE
Determine whether the appliance is suitable for the type of gas used so that it complies with the instructions
on the label.
To convert to another gas type, check the match to the gas bearing type.
Connection of the appliance to the gas distribution must be made to a steel or copper tube complying with
applicable national requirements. Equipment should be checked on a regular basis: change if necessary.
The flexible connection between the plate and the gas installation of the premises must be approved
according to the standards in force. A valve or cut-off cock must be located upstream of the connection hose
to isolate the plate from the gas inlet.
After installation, check for possible leaks (use a suitable and approved leak detector).
The device has been tested by the manufacturer, the technical data of the device is stated on the label.
Liquid gas connection:
The gas pressure for the liquid connection should be 28 or 30 mbar for propane/butane and 37 mbar for
propane. It is necessary to check the technical label to assess the pressure and check the parameters of the
installed nozzle.
If the pressure is below 28mbar or above 37mbar, the device must not be connected.
Gas connection:
The pressure for the town gas connection must be 20 mbar. It is necessary to check the gas network
pressure as well as the nozzle installed on the device to avoid any damage and accidents.
If the gas pressure is lower than 18mbar or higher than 22.5mbar, the device must not be connected.
CHECK THE TYPE OF GAS THE APPLIANCE IS SET FOR
Our appliances are certified and regulated for natural gas (see nameplate). Conversion or adaptation to
another type of gas must be carried out by authorized personnel. The nozzles for the different types of gas
are found in a bag supplied with the gas cooker and are marked in hundredths of a mm (table of technical
characteristics of the pipes).
