Re-install or fill the Clean Water
Tank
Turn on the appliance and
check again in 30 seconds
Move the appliance gently back
and forth and press the brush
against the floor when using

Fill the Clean Water Tank
Empty the Used Water Tank
Clean the brush roller with the provided
cleaning brush
Check whether the filter is clogged
Alternatively, clean the tube and the dirt
sensor
Place the appliance back onto the base
for self-cleaning
Solution
Restart the appliance for troubleshooting.
If the problem persists, please contact
customer service
Wait until the battery's temperature
