This function is used to do dough rising.

Air fry basket
Procedure:
1. Open the door and insert the food to the oven bottom.
2. Select the desired cooking time.
3. Press the START/Add 30 button.
Tips:
� For example pizza dough, measure 37°C water directly into the container and dissolve the yeast into the water, add 250 g flour,
2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, 2 g of salt. Kneadwell until a dough is formed. This function can be used with any other dough
recipe.
� For better results we recommend using plastic wrap to cover the bowl.
Probe Mode
Below cooking modes cannot cook without the probe. Follow the prompts on the screen to customize the probe target temperature and
the cavity target temperature.

Positioning probe before cooking
Taking out the probe from the probe case (it is located below illustration B).
Clean and dry it before cooking.
Insert the short terminal plug into the cavity probe connector.
Procedure:
1. Put the food in the accessory and insert the temperature sensor (H) of the probe into the thickest portion of the food. (Temperature
sensor is far from the tip (D) of the probe, around 10 mm, and located in the center of the thickest section of the food.)
2. Follow the prompts on the display to insert the plug (H) into the probe connector position (A), which is located inside the cavity upper
right side, see above illustration.
3. Insert the accessory in the rack position 1.
4. Press Other Modes button, and press the right arrow button repeatedly until Probe mode. Select the favorite mode.
5. Enter the probe target temperature and cavity target temperature.
6. Press START/Add 30 to cook.
NOTE:
1. During or after cooking, accessories will be hot, always use gloves to remove and handle the hot accessory.
2. Allow to turn food if needed.
