Mixing and kneading: e.g. soft pizza
dough or flan.

Gradually mix solid batter: e.g. mashed
potatoes, seasoned minced meat,
batter for cakes, pancakes, buttercream,
herb butter.
5-6
Airy mixing: e.g. eggs, cream, sauces or
mayonnaise. Do not use the whisk for
batter with (a lot of) butter.
PULSE
Short and vigorous mixing. To use
this function, turn the speed knob
counterclockwise and hold it at
"PULSE". When released, the knob
automatically returns to "0".
