4. TROUBLESHOOTING
If the following problems occur while using the product, refer to the table below to
find a solution. If the problems cannot be solved using these options, please contact
our customer service.
Problem
The product is not
working.
The accessory is
touching the mixing
bowl.
The lid does not
fit properly on the
mixing bowl.
The product moves
when it is on.
The product does
not work at some
speeds.
The knob (A) does
not spring back
into place after the
mixing bowl and lid
are placed in the
product.
Origin
The plug is not in the
socket.
The product has
become hot.
The mixing bowl is not
seated properly.
The accessory is not
seated properly.
The mixing bowl is not
seated properly.
The lid is not seated
properly.
The product is not on a
suitable surface.
The non-slip feet are
loose.
When kneading firmer
doughs, the product
may move slightly.
There may be some dirt
near the rotary knob (B).
The mixing bowl is not
seated properly.
The lid is not seated
properly.
Solution
Make sure the power plug is
properly plugged in.
Let the product cool down if
it is left on for more than 5-10
minutes at a time.
Make sure the mixing bowl is
placed correctly.
Make sure the accessory is
properly attached.
Make sure the mixing bowl is
correctly positioned.
Make sure the splash lid is
properly attached.
Make sure the product is placed
on an even and stable surface.
Make sure the non-slip feet are
secure.
This is normal.
Turn the speed knob (B) back to
"0" and try again.
Make sure the mixing bowl is
placed correctly.
Make sure the splash cover
is securely attached to the
attachment piece.
