WARNING
FALL and STRANGULATION HAZARDS: Infants
have suffered head injuries falling from swings and
have strangled in straps.
∙ ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
∙ STOP using product when infant attempts to climb
out (approximately 9 months).
∙ Stay near and watch baby during use. This product
is not safe for sleep or unsupervised use. If baby
falls asleep, remove baby as soon as possible and
place baby on a firm, flat sleep surface such as a
crib or bassinet.
∙ ALWAYS place swing on floor. Never use on any
elevated surface.
∙ SUFFOCATION HAZARDS: Young infant's
have limited head and neck control. If the seat is
too upright, infant's head can drop forward and
compress the airway.
∙ ALWAYS keep swing seat fully reclined until infant
is at least 4 months old AND can hold up head
without help.
The Swoon Evolution is intended for use until your
little one reaches a maximum of 25 lbs (11.4 kg) or
attempts to climb out (approximately 9 months),
whichever comes first.
∙ A crib mobile is intended for visual stimulation and
is not intended to be grasped by the child.
∙ If attached to the crib or playpen, remove when
baby begins to push up on hands and knees. If so
designed, mount on wall or ceiling clearly out of a
standing baby's reach.
∙ If mounted on a wall or ceiling, install the mobile
clearly out of a standing baby's reach.
∙ Always attach all provided fasteners (strings, straps,
clamps, etc.) tightly to a crib or playpen according
to the instructions. Check frequently.
∙ Do not add additional strings or straps to attach to
a crib or playpen.
