Inspect/replace the bladder.
tube and unscrew the tank cap. Remove the four bolts indi-
cated with a 4 mm Allen wrench. To hold the nuts in place
while unscrewing, reach inside the tank with a 10 mm
wrench or socket. When the bolts are free, lift off the hous-
ing and set aside. The bladder may now be removed for
inspection and/or replacement.
To reinstall, follow the steps described above in reverse or-
der.

Inspect the electrical cords for damage. Look for fraying, cuts, etc. Replace the
cord if you find any damage.
Inspect hoses, water hoses and seals. Replace as needed.
Inspect cart and handle prior to filling. If any damage is noted, repair or replace
before using the unit.
Wash bladder and tank. The outside of the bladder and interior of tank may be
washed in a mild detergent solution. Rinse thoroughly and drain.
To maintain appearance, wipe exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. For deep
cleaning and a lasting, protective shine, use an automotive interior treatment.
Inspect bladder for tears or holes. If damaged, replace. See "Inspect/replace the
bladder" below.
