For sit harness:
Select the correct harness through the size chart below, and wear it as follows.
Step 1: Place legs into the leg straps loop, pull up waist belt sit on the upper hip.
Step 2: Adjust the length of the leg straps and waist belt to fit the body comfortable.
Step 3: Stand up and squat down several times to ensure there is no obvious pain or compression on the inner thighs.

Note: This chart is applied to models of full body harness and sit harness, but the waist belt is designed for users with the
range of 80-150 kg, for the rescue harness-the load shall not exceed maximum rated load 100 kg, including tools and
equipment.
When using the harness, you must connect to a reliable anchor point. All fall arrest systems in accordance with EN 363 of
protection against falls from a height.
All anchorages to which the Personal Energy Absorber and Energy Absorbing Lanyard attach must meet the requirements of
EN 795:2012.
Anchorages should be located as vertically as possible above the user's head and be positioned as not to exceed the maximum
allowable free fall for the system.
