WARNING:

1. Verify that the vacuum is turned off.
2. Hold and rotate the dust cup counter-clockwise and pull the dust cup away from the vacuum (Fig. 1).
3. Rotate the filter holder counter-clockwise and remove it from the vacuum (Fig. 2).
4. Remove the reusable washable filter from the filter holder, and then clean any loose dust off the
filter with a soft bristle brush (Fig. 3).
5. Empty all debris and any dust from the dust cup (Fig. 4).
6. Use a mild soap and water solution to wash the filter and rinse with clean water, air dry and re-
insert filter once completely dry (Fig. 5).
7. Allow the wet filter to air dry for 24 hours before fitting into the dust cup. For optimal performance,
a new filter is recommended after 12 months.
8. Make sure the dust cup, the filter holder and reusable washable filter are clean and dry before
using it again. DO NOT immerse the vacuum in water (Fig. 6).
9. Clean the vacuum housing using a damp cloth. Make sure no fluid enters the housing.
10. Refit the reusable washable filter into the filter holder (Fig. 7). If required, replace with new filter.
11. Align and insert the filter holder together with the filter into the vacuum. Rotate the filter holder
clockwise to secure (Fig. 8 & 9).
12. Align and refit the dust cup onto the vacuum. Rotate the dust cup clockwise to secure (Fig. 10 & 11).
13. Refit the front cover onto the vacuum.

STORAGE
Before storage, empty the dust cup. Clean and dry the inside and outside of the dust cup. The
accessories should be cleaned and stored so they can be readily available when needed. Place the
vacuum in the storage bag. Store the vacuum indoors.
REPAIRS
Repairs for this car vacuum should be performed only by qualified service person using only identical
replacement parts.
