A prerequisite for the graph generation is that logged data of the PV plant has been
downloaded from the data logger to the PC-Software.
Under 'Alarming type' the alarm can be activated and the desired alarm notification
chosen (default setting 'none'). For the sms dispatch or phone call a telephone number
must be entered.
To monitor an overvoltage, overtemperature and grid failure, high temperature, and
power supply failure the 'inverter event' check box must be checked. Should one of
these events still be present when the alarming period expires, an alarm will be given.
Inverters that have not communicated all day can set off an alarm if the check box under
'daily check at 6:00 pm' is checked
To sound an alarm for deviations amongst the daily yield of the inverters, the tolerance
threshold and minimum yield for the whole plant should be entered under 'inverter
yield comparison'.
An sms compatible (GSM) modem is required to send an sms.
