4. Rapidly pull the starter rope.
5. Wait a moment, then move the suction lever to the open (on) position.
6. Adjust engine speed with the accelerator handle.
CAUTION: The blade will take a few more seconds to stop after the engine is turned off.
3.5. Cleaning and maintenance
a)
Store the unit in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct
sunlight.
b)
Do not spray the unit with a stream of water or immerse it in water.
c)
Perform regular inspections of the unit checking technical fitness and any
damages.
d)
Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire brush or metal spatula) for
cleaning, as these may damage the surface of the material from which the unit
is made.
e)
Make sure the motor is off and cooled down before performing maintenance.
f)
Use only non-flammable products for cleaning.
g)
If operating in a dusty environment, the machine should be maintained more
frequently than specified in the table below.
h)
If you do not have the ability, knowledge, and tools to perform maintenance,
have the machine serviced.
