1 General Information
Please read this instruction manual carefully before applying the silicone liner.
This applies to all silicone liners with or without distal connection.
Attention!
The serial number is engraved on the lateral outside of the liner.
Note!
Before first skin contact the inner side of the silicone liner should be washed
thoroughly with 30 °C (86 °F) warm water and 10H2 Skin-Care Washlotion.
2 Technical Data
Please refer to our latest catalogue „Prosthetics – lower extremities, socket comfort" for available
silicone liner sizes and qualities. To determine the correct silicone liner size, measure the distal
circumference approx. 4 cm above the stump end and select the silicone liner in the same or one
size smaller.

The 75L1 DuoSil.basic Silicone Liner are to be used exclusively for prosthetic care and are
approved for amputees with activity levels (Walky-classes) 1 to 3.
The 72L1 and 73L1 ClearSil.basic Silicone Liner are used exclusively for prosthetic care and
are approved for amputees with activity levels (Walky-classes) 2 to 4.
3 Designated use
The silicone liners are exclusively intended for the prosthetic care of residual limbs.
