Conexión a una cámara PTZ
(Serie LHV5100)
Usted puede conectar las cámaras PTZ (no incluidas) al sistema. Con el sistema debe uti-
lizar cámaras Lorex MPX o analógicas con PTZ. Las cámaras MPX Lorex con PTZ pue-
den admitir comandos PTZ directamente a través del cable de video. Las cámaras MPX
Lorex con PTZ no requieren cables para RS485.
17.1 Connecting a PTZ Camera to the System
To connect an MPX PTZ camera to the system:
• Connect the camera BNC video cable to one of the Video IN ports on the system. If
you have an MPX PTZ camera, it will automatically be detected and can be controlled
by the DVR.
To connect an analog PTZ camera to the system:
1. Connect the BNC video cable to one of the video inputs on the DVR.
2. Conecte los cables RS485.

Conecte el cable A (TX+) al terminal positivo (+).

Conecte el cable B (TX–) al terminal negativo (–).
3. Conecte el adaptador de alimentación de la cámara PTZ a un tomacorriente.
Si tiene una cámara PTZ analógica, debe seguir los pasos que se presentan a con-
tinuación para configurar el DVR y establecer la comunicación con la cámara:
1. Haga clic con el botón derecho del mouse y haga clic en Main Menu. Ingrese el nom-
bre de usuario del sistema (predeterminado: admin) y su nueva contraseña segura, si
se la piden.
