6. MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
6.7 HOW TO ACTIVATE THE DISPENSER
NOTE: Make sure the dispenser has batteries or is wired to the mains. To activate
the dispenser, you must place your hands in front of the IR sensor so that your
hands are detected by the sensor.
Once the sensor detects your hands, the device delivers a single towel. so
just pull gently. The device is on hold and will not deliver any other towels
until you try to pull one out.
NOTE: This is a safety mechanism to prevent inadvertent activation of the
sensor.
6.8 CLEANING METHODS AND FREQUENCY
CAUTION: This product cannot be cleaned using water jets. Use only a cloth
lightly dampened with water to clean the outside of the device.
Do not use chemicals of any kind. They can damage the device. Clean the outside
of the product regularly and whenever needed.
If you need to clean the inside of the product, make sure it is disconnected from
the mains. Then remove the batteries. Use only a dry cloth or paper. Do not use
any chemicals.
