Electric gas ignition
The griddle burner uses an electric glow wire located near
burner that ensures burner ignition. It is thermostatically
controlled to maintain a consistent temperature.
To prevent food from sticking, it is necessary to "season" the
griddle prior to use.

the griddle thermostat is turned on, and will switch it
"OFF" when it will be to the selected temperature.
