Installation

Note: Ensure the mounting substrate is suitable and can support the weight of the safe.
Use the holes in the back of the safe or in the base (dependant on mounting location) as a template to

Fix the safe to the wall using suitable fixings (not supplied) for the mounting substrate.

Key Entry

Key entry is provided should the keypad code be forgotten or the batteries lose all power. To gain entry by
key:
Gently prise the lock cover from the safe.

Insert the key and turn anti-clockwise.
2.
Turn the handle clockwise to open the door.
3.
Turn the key anti-clockwise to lock the door.

Note: For security reasons, keys cannot be replaced if lost. Ensure keys are stored
safely.

Keypad Entry

Note: If the code is entered incorrectly at any time the amber light flashes and the alarm
sounds repeatedly.
Enter the 3-8 digit code to unlock the door (see 'Programming the Code' for code programming

instructions) followed by the '#' button.
A beep sounds and the green light illuminates to signal the door is unlocked.

Turn the handle clockwise within 5 seconds to open the safe.

Note: After 5 seconds the safe times out and locks again. Repeat steps 1-3 to unlock the
door.
Note: The key opens the door at any time; even when the keypad has locked out.
