Juego de pilas de mantenimiento para robots Mitsubishi RV-2SDB/Jeu de batteries d'entretien pour robot Mitsubishi RV-2SDB
Maintenance Interval
This maintenance battery set (part no. 572162) must be installed for the first time before the battery timer has run down (approx.
one year after date of purchase). It contains:
–
4 x batteries (ER6BAT) for the robotic arm and
–
1 x battery (Q6BAT) for the controller
The battery timer can be read out using the Teachpanel:
MENU > 5 SET > INIT > 2 POWER > "Battery hhhh"
The robot's batteries feature a buffer period of one year and must therefore be replaced every year.
If the battery capacity runs out, the robot triggers error number 7520. In this case, the batteries need to be replaced immediately
to ensure that the encoder position data are not erased.
Make a backup copy of important robot programmes and position data using a PC.
If the maintenance intervals are not observed, it may be necessary to send in the robot for repairs at the cost of the customer.
